When you are hosting your company's first user conference ever, these are the kind of reviews you want to see. During the pandemic, Graylog made the crazy decision to launch an annual user conference. We knew it had to be virtual for attendees, but needed it to have energy and feel like a real event - not just an extended Zoom meeting. With that in mind we selected Underground Productions and their fantastic space as our "live broadcast studio with a great vibe". We were able to comfortably bring in our key presenters, staff, and a few customers while broadcasting out keynotes and 2 conference tracks to over 600 virtual attendees. We were also able to seamlessly transition from conference to evening entertainment right in the same space.
Mark and team were able to handle everything we threw at them - including less than stellar support from our online event platform vendor. They made sure we were 100% prepared and things could not have gone smoother on the day-of as we merged in pre-recorded talks on one stream with live presentations and different camera angles on another. They even sourced a local comedian to provide entertainment breaks and fill gaps. A solid team that is not just nice, but fun to work with. I would 1000% recommend using Underground Productions for your corporate and social events.

The most important thing in choosing any vendor is choosing the technician behind it. I knew we made the right decision in using the services at Underground Productions from the moment I met Mark. Mark made everything easy (and fun from beginning to end). We used Mark at Underground Productions to live broadcast our first annual user conference. Not a high stress event at all. We had many moving parts and Mark always made himself available to help coordinate and troubleshoot during the 3+ month planning process.
